One of the UK’s biggest business groups, Logistics UK, has announced the winners of its Van Awards 2022 annual awards that celebrate the operators that have made a significant contribution to the industry over the past 12 months.

Judges of the awards were particularly impressed by Hero of the Year winner, Nathan White, following his outstanding act of selflessness and bravery in an extremely dangerous situation at the scene of a fatal road traffic incident. Mr White witnessed the serious collision take place and in the face of oncoming motorway traffic, left his vehicle and rescued a stricken driver, pulling them to safety moments before another vehicle crashed into the injured person’s
already overturned vehicle.
