Targa Telematics, a technology company specialising in the development of IoT solutions and digital platforms for connected mobility, is pleased to introduce Chris Horbowyj as its new UK Sales Director for the UK market.
Having held various Senior Sales and Business Development leadership roles within the telematics industry, Chris has demonstrated an ability to consistently deliver commercial success, meeting and exceeding business targets by recruiting, developing and coaching teams to achieve their full potential. He will further promote Targa Telematics’ growth in the UK, with particular focus on connected vehicles in the fleet management market, establishing relationships with leasing partners, and signing new international partnerships in the UK.
With nearly 20 years of experience, Chris boasts an acute understanding and extensive knowledge of the connected vehicle sector in the UK and Ireland. Having worked for a several companies in the industry, including Trakm8 PLC, GreenRoad Technologies, and Masternaut, Chris has demonstrated his capabilities in securing new business, restructuring channels, launching new partner programs, structuring operational processes, and implementing sales management reporting. He has also acquired relevant skills as a Director, with responsibilities for setting up businesses and new divisions, including setting up new office locations, recruiting, training and mentoring local sales teams, and managing international sales operations outside the UK.
